Graduated in Law (pre-Bologna degree completed in 2002), by the University of Minho and postgraduate degree from the same university, in "Contracts and Company Law".
It was linked to several companies / entities, which allowed the obtaining of professional experience in several areas of law. As soon as he left the university, during the year 2003, he completed an internship in working life in the advisory and litigation department of Caixa Geral de Depósitos SA, where he had the opportunity to deal closely with banking law and procedural law declarative and executive. Already pending the internship in law, he provided services in the customer service sector of the Business Formalities Center of Braga, where he can develop intensely knowledge in the area of commercial and corporate law. After completing his internship, he held legal positions in several departments of DST - Domingos da Silva Teixeira, SA These departments (legal, budgeting, security and human resources) allowed him to sediment the theoretical bases acquired in the degree, while allowing a vision day-to-day practice of a company of considerable size.
The passage through this company and the empirical knowledge acquired through it, were determinant so that the fear of risking in the practice in individual practice became blurred. In 2006, she joined her colleague Paula Alves Viana, thus appearing to VS - Advogados.
At present it is dedicated to commercial and corporate law, labor law, criminal law, the law of aliens and the right of the family and minors.
Since 2011, it has been working as an executive agent in conjunction with the law firm and is in this capacity registered in the Order of Solicitors and Execution Agents (OSAE).
It aims to broaden its labor and personal horizons, through the existing partnership with the offices located in other countries, equating to share their time among them.
